Does anyone have any gen on this? The bit around my wiper hole is bubbling/rotting quite badly now and this is on a late 2000 model - rest of car is mint? Do I have a claim or what?

it supposed to be 10 year perforation warrenty.

providing there is no surrounding chips ect. and youve had it checked when asked by vauxhall

mines an N-reg & got bad laquer-flake round the rear spoiler...

like its gona make a difference to vaux when they tell me to get fcuked

I though is was 6 years.

There is probalby some small print saying every body inspection must be carried out and stamped in the book with every service

Thats me shot then, ive never had it serviced by vauxhall - last time it was under their roof was in the showroom LOL.

its a 6yr anti corrosion warranty and it excludes if you have altered the body work in any way ie if u drill kits using rivets etc instead of glue making it more likely to rust

Its a poor design, the rubber surround rubs the paint off. I'll ask them on monday. The car has had a respray down both sides but the boot has never been touched!

mine is rather bad, its gone on under the spoiler too and spread under the rear window, wiper about fell off so i removed it for the time being
