Mine has went down considerably
got quote online for the Tig a month ago but didnt ask about kids
Took policy out on phone said I had a 14 month old son and it came out £27 cheaper

Coz u drive more carefully when u have kids in the car so they see u as a more careful diver

i would've thought that if they're over 16, they'll be more likely to steal the car and go joy-riding or something, therfore increase premiums

The little brats in the back will moan, scream, cry etc. This will probably distract mommy, who is trying to concentrate on the road infront of her. She glances back to tell kiddies off, a white van cuts infront her. She clips the rear end of it and her 4x4 smacks straight into the central reservation causing considerable damage to the poor metro driver she hit on the way, who eventually stops spinning!

I see why they'd bump you premium up abit

Mine & gf's insurance went down only costing us £530 on the clio 172 thats with me 23 with 0 ncb

ive got 2 and mine went down......

if your a women your more likely to drive with children in the car thus making you a more sensible driver

mine went down bout £67 when i changed it saying ive got 2 kids

Having young children will enivitably put up insurance premiums. A lot of car accidents are caused by parents checking on their children, or telling them off whilst driving.

The kids do something wrong, the parent turns round to shout at them and BANG.
