No V5? Isnt it illegal to sell car a car without one these days?
For £200 its a decent enough project for someone though, just to tinker about with. Learn how to spray on it, fit the bits it needs (no more than a couple of hundred quid with some Forum bargains), then you ve got a half decent car. It may be a diesel, but its still gonna have 80 odd brake, which can easily be bumped up with a few screw turns to get it nearer the 100bhp mark  .
