thought about that but need to get into the inside of it which is really hard to get to, not any room at all, can only see the sheered bit away in
the hole
might have to end up drilling it out...

stud/screw extractors
i know these work ive used em on the same bolt on a cav
1st get a set of screw extractors
then get a blow torch
and a set of drill bits and a drill
start of small and drill a small "pilot hole"
then work up using bigger bits till you think you have got the biggest you can in without damaging the thread
then tap in the screw extractor, jack car up and locate the underside of the bolt
fire up the blow torch and heat it up
"removing the carpet a bit may be a good idea"
the when it hot tap the xtractor in a bit more and undo

thats what i did worked 1st time

I had the exaxt same problem a couple of weeks ago. I ended up buying a blow torch, but that didn't seem to do anything at all, except set fire to my carpet!
I used a dremel with a small circuler cutting tool on the end of it, which i used to cut a large groove into the top of the bolt. Then i got a large flat head screw driver, and after a few attempts it finally came loose!
Good luck

can't get to the end of bolt it's just inside the thread..and the other side is located away behind metal with only a very small gap..
