Right - I've got £5,000 of savings. I want to turn this into £7000 by the start of July.
Anyone got some good ideas? The only one I can really think of at the moment is buying cars at auction and selling them on.
If someone comes up with a good idea that works I'll give them £200.
Get firing, anything considered as long as its near enough legal.

wack it into a saving account like an isa etc could make you abit in a few months plus isa accounts are tax free etc
Or like said, shares would be good - do some research and you might do it. BT would be pretty good, although if you said a yr, then you could see some decent increase as there going to release ADSL2 soon etc.
BP are also alright etc
Buy and Sell items from abroad, wack them on ebay - something like jumpers from puru, cost about 2 quid each, they sell for 80 quid over here
but to make 2k ontop in less than 3 months will be tough

aye, but thats why i said it would be tought to make 2k in a few months
But doing the car auctions is probably the best LEGAL thing to do, although you need to know what your looking for and what will make the money back + extra the quickest etc

The money would've increased, but instead of being able to enjoy it you'd be locked up getting biffed up the dirt box

Has anybody bought any?

shares r good if u know what ure doing, my bro does investment banking he makes me a lot of money if i give him the money to spend.... don't do it unless u know what your doing or keep track of it everyday it's also good to know ppl inside major corporations as they can often give u "hints" on when to buy and sell
