Why you would need that much gas i dont know, as that engine has got to be good for 450+bhp and to have a spec to get near and above that BHP you wouldent need the NOS as you would just as much off turning the boost up......

Might be very laggy with that turbo, maybe uses the nos to fill in the gaps?
On the other hand, could just be for show...
