Now he has been barking alot recently, never did before, but thats becuase the stupid witch has built an avoiry (sp) in her back garden and has bloody parrots flying around and pissing him off.
Is there anything I can do legal about them as now the dog is pissing me off and the stupid cow comes and moans every day if he barks once.

I used a dog collar, that teaches the dog to stop barking excessively, when the dog barks it shoots a mist of air and sort of scares him, in time mines stop barking excessively..... had the same problem with peeps arund me getting pissed off

its not really his fault was ook before she moved in with the parrots. they chirp or what ever parrots do and fly around all day and piss him off.
If it was not for his barking drowning them out i would compain.

if it ever comes a legal situation it will be her who has to do something, u said she moved in with the birds... so she changed the enviroment that ur dogs been in.... so it should be her who makes changes

Dogs are anti-social creatures. You'll have to put it down.

I would either gas all the birds one night, or drop a cat in there or pop them off one by one with a pellet gun!
We have a irish wolfhound that kills pretty much anything,
neighbours cat used to tease the dog by siting on the fence and waving tail etc!
The day the cat fell off the fence into the garden the dog got it!
2 minutes of chasing it we had a dead pussy and threw it back over the fence!
The silly twats thought it died when it hit the ground!!

did she have planning permission for the birdy thingy?? (i cant spell it either)
just most councils need it to do anything fixed in the garden & if it is fixed (like a shed) just inform the council & also say your worried it might be a health & safety hazard
