Removing the engine I guess... It will produce 0bhp at the fly wheel if you do that mod though...

You need that bit, well you don't really as you have a de-cat... You can't just remove it though, you need to blank it off, this won't give you any more power doing so though...

10-15bhp more than standard... You need to get a better inlet manifold if you want to get some wicked power gains on that engine... There's one that can give 30bhp if you get the engine re-mapped to match
All the EGR does is re-circulate exhaust gas while the engine is warming up to get the cat hot quicker, it's only open for a few mins, then closes, so taking it off or blocking it shouldn't really do much...

Don't get a power boost vlave, they don't do anything on reletively standard engines Same with the plugs and leads... I'd seriously recomend looking at inlet manifolds, may take a while to save up for it, but deffo worth it

I got 117.7bhp last week...
Decat, full straight-thru lexmaul exhaust, filter... plus just had a service
was told fueling & everything was spot on aswell
but getting it put on the rollers again at another place to get a second run & compare it as think the RR was reading a little high.

also removed secondary air pump & blocked the valve off on top of the manifold as wasn't connected any more...
