These people are a complete rip off IMO. I have a policy with them and i rang them up to say i will have a curtisy (SP) car from renault. So they said ok no worrys and charged me £46.50 for the privilige im not impressed at all they might be cheap but rip you off with things like this

Its a change to the policy so attracts an admin fee, I've been charged £30 in the past by Greenlight. £46.50 is shocking for admin alone.
You can hire a Fiesta from Europcar for less.

Dont get me started on Adrian Flux  
My Civic Jordan was wrote off by a drink driver, they wouldnt provide a courtesy car, so Ive borrowed a 1.4 Golf from my Dad & they wanted £25 to change the vehicle over  
Plus they wont refund the difference between the policies as Ive had a claim

i had a claim made on mine, the woman was in wrong but she said she wasnt claiming. as there was no damage. She then claimed for a scratch (500 quid for jag to repair). Adrian flux never even sent me a single letter. i only founbd out when i had to renew my policy

added mods n bumped my excess to 470 now almost as much as my insurnace

They quoted me £800 for 21 with 2yrs NCB and TS10 and a valve in me corsa... I was quite chuffed! 
Might get surfing though!
