I have been contacted by a bloke from ebay asking to buy my system off me , hes offered me an acceptable price which i will take .

but last time i took foriegners credit card details and processed them , 2 weeks after clearing i had to pay it back.

so what i want to know is how should i recieve the money and how long till no matter what he does he cant take it back?

yeh i have told him that , but is there anyway that he can get the money back after ive sent it?

or can paypal claim it back off me?

only reason i am asking is i were too close to loosing 1k with the foriegn fraudster before .

it all cleared but them after a few wks they withdrew it back out of my bank without me giving permission!

If it was only made in UK fair enough but it a zorst FFS!

Tell him its cheaper to get a return flight than post it!

its a scam. After shipping costs for an ICE install it would work out for him to buy it cheaper out there.

All ICE kit is stupidly cheap out there, i nearly bought some stuff back with me

Your bank can take the money back from your account if its found to be from a stolen card/cheque the same way Paypal will take it from your Paypal account if the other party files a claim, obviously if its not there then they cany access your bank accopunt
