SES: Tr. CAD Technician.

To cut a long story short he said theres two areas, mechanical and electrical. I would be going into mechanical due to my background.

They said im just the sort of person theyre looking for and they would definatly be putting me forward for a second interview

We didnt discuss salary as i didnt tell him mine. He said that would be dicussed in the second interview.

Tell him you want a basic of £18,025 plus a quarterly bonus from 7% to 15% of your basic salary depending on peformance and a company bonus every March.

So a possible OTE of £22k.
