person i know has just been in an accident details are kinda sketchy but basically she was going round a round about she was in the middle lane and there was an artic lorry in the inside the artic came over into her lane and has dented and scraped all of the side of her car.the lorry driver has said she should have gave him more room who's fault is it?i am biased obviously and i think that she did nothing wrong but im looking for other views

I dont think its her fault, she should not have given him more room coz he should be able to drive inside the lines of a roundabout like most other lorry drivers

if the roundabout is tight so he had to take a wide berth then she should have given him room tbh

im not sure on the legality but lorries cant watch all angles and i think the onus is on other drivers to allow room

It was bad driving by her as she didn't think to give a vehicle so big more room than usual, but its not her fault.
