refused a payment on accident yesterday using paypal after i had sold an item.
so she sent again and now i have received 2 payments....
sort of my fault.
how do i refund a payment?i want to carry on selling...so dont need the bad feedback.

Look at payments thee should be an option to refund one if you go into detaisl. Failing this let the person know you are trying to sort a refund and not to leave neg feedback and then email paypal
