ive got a few interviews coming up and the majority of them involve group assessments....
ive had a few group assessments already (even one where we were given LEGO to play with )
anyway, the points that i know are
- be the time keeper
- if asked, accept the role of writing ideas on the board
- try and involve other ppl who havent sed anything

Be positive, talk to all the people in the group, not just the ones that are chatty, keep eye contact with the people you talk you, use open body language, if asked to do a certain thing ask everyone what they can contribute
If someone is being very quiet, start an open conversation with them
Be yourself, dont pretend to be somthing your not because your assesors will see through it.
Try to have fun

Also don't try and take over or 'chair' the discussion. They are looking for team players.
Try not to be put off by people sitting in the corner of the room scribbling as soon as you say something It feels as if you're dictating...
Just be polite to everyone in the group, make sure the group stays on track/time, and it should be a walk in the park if you're the sort of person the company is looking for. You can't be something you're not so just act naturally
