its comical, oh the noise

everyone looks round and you come across people that have waited to see whats coming up the road.

think i'll take it off again, not sure why i put it on, was bored and saw it so refitted it to rekindle lost memories

What power is your S3 running Jim?

Had a humding with one at weekend in the P1 and was quite surprised with its performance to say I had 100bhp more than it!

Yeah I used to get looks when I had mine on looks of disappointment & disapproval - should be called a D&D not a K&N imo

Ah right, sorry pal!

Had a good play with one for about 6 miles the other night in the P1. When he pulled over after his brakes set on fire he said it was a standard 225bhp! When I got into third I well and truly left him but the S3 was quite quick to say Im running over 320bhp in the P1.

Nice motors and a lot better built than the Impreza after a quick inspection! He seemed shocked that left him standing in the end tho, he said he normally keeps up with Imprezas.......so I explained the slight differences between a UK2000 and a fettled P1!

i do really want an S3, i think the first ones were 210bhp, then went up to 225bhp, not sure what the new 3.2 litre ones are tho?

Very nice motors! I dont think you would be disappointed! Reckon theres quite a bit of tuning potential there as well!!!

Are they reliable?
