PISSING ME OFF

anything to do with claiming im sent to inda or whereever
shit phone line
cant understand em

really pissing me off

so phoned them today and gave them pure shit

and if the engineer dont get here by tomorow im gona keep doing it till they do
there are now at lleast 4 ppl that are having a bad start to the day cos of me, i had a go at all of them.

need to calm down now .............

well im gonna phone back there normal line "english" one and try and get it sorted that way


i really hope they are recording it when they say they are, maybee ill get a engilsh, scottish, or welsh person

thing is all i need is the engieneer to come and say "yep its fucked" and write it off

i know it is theres a crease in the boot floor

gonna have to phone norwich union today myself, if their is no point getting the engine fixed, gonn have to buy corsa808 and get my insurance fixed up... ffs should of stuck to a push bike

well i have the s12 thats fooked and theyve swapped it to the corsa now, i need to get the seatbelts and other bits back on it today to be able to drive it

still waiting for the ins docs to get it taxed thou...

Im not racist, but they are usually Indian and have very strong indian accents

I remember when I was ringing around for quotes & I got some fcukin indian on the other end

They gave me a stupid ass quote & so I ended the call with 'Thankyou, Come Again!'

don't think they have the simpsons over in india as she seeme'd a bit clueless

I had to call my insurance yesterday to amend my policy an got some indian bloke,it was the same one everytime i called back an i couldnt understand him
I had to ask how much i had to pay 6 times in the end i gave up an told him to just take the money out
