how do you do it? when i go on 'view my bill' it takes me to a list thats nothing to do with viewing bills.

Click view my bill under where you sign in
then oline bill under 'view my bill' column
on the left id unbilled summary an that'll show you your bill so far for the month
Your previous bill amount will already be showing before you click unbilled summary
