I got a movie from a photoshoot we done down here i want to capture some still shots from the movie is there any software out there to do this ??? cause the print screen dont work and cant capture it!!!

turn of hardware accel under screen properties and it should work then mate Otherwise use something like power dvd as you can print from screen using that

print screen does work. pause it first

sometimes takes more than one go to do it.

or take a pic from your TV

Direct X deems to lay the picture above the screen - so when you try and capture it - on certain movies and DVD - you get nothing. There used to be a program I used to do it - but I can't remember what it is, but it is a proper problem and isn't a bug or anything.

Tools > Options > Performance (tab) > Video acceleration (put to lowest setting)
