Evo would be up to its top end then when it runs out of steam the ferarri will be faster so id guess both!!

Or if the Evo is standard 355s aren't exactly rapid but on a silly speed run it will always beat the Evo unless it's running silly power. But get it onto back roads and the Evo would win hands down, and in a flat race it would be pretty even upto around 120ish
