id get ur own check m8, i made this mistake when i bought mine, they provided me with one and at a l8ter date found out that it had been in an accident... how ever if its from a main dealer dont wont worry, but if its from a second hand car dealer if u get my drift.....get ur own done...... they shouldnt mind at all if they have nothing to hide

nice one mate ill speak to the garage tomorrow when im in.The car was on finance before and is for sale due to owner not being able to pay the repayments. Now from what i can make out the garage will be paying the remaining finance due to the finace company and then taking there profit after. Now ,im picking the car up on sat and they said it would be HPI clear 2 days before i collect it ,so im going to run the check on firday to make sure.Kinda confussing which is what got me worried.

yes i would be dubious of that, as when i run a hpi check on it, it would say finance still to be paid, i would ask for written proof before you sign for the car that the finance has been paid off, as its not unhead of sales depatments forgetting

if you need the HPI results mate, send us the reg whenever and ill send/phone whatevr the results, allwasy nice to be clear what your spending ££££ on
