get photo's off my phone?

nokia 5140
and i dont think the e-mail thing is set up

any ideas or help i need to get some photo's of and printed

If it has infrared and your PC/laptop also has it, transfer it that way - or similarly with Bluetooth.

I think you should be able to send your pics via MMS > email address instead of a phone number?

Look on nokia website in the support area, you can get the settings sent direct to your phone via SMS, failing that ring up your network and have a good moan about not being able to do MMS and they will set it up.
