Always wondered if companys can trace your crimanal offences or not?

does any one know if they can check and get details of offences?

Yes. If you sign a CRB form they can. Most employers will now ask for one too

yes with your permission and if you refuse then that wont look good anyway

Not without asking no. You have to sign CRB check form But as Kez said if you decline to sign it they probably won't employ you anyway
