In short, ebay transaction going sour quiker than grapes
I won the bidding on this >>>JVC headunit<<< and sent off a postal order for £57 the following monday, the guy emailed me said he would send as soon as payment cleared.
I thought ok then, never heard of a postal order needing to be cleared
Still havent recieved, andhes not answering my emails.
By the way he claims it was posted Sat 19th Mar.
Whats the best course of action to take with this turd?

well according to the postage he is sending it special delivery so ask him for the tracking number.if he says he hasn't got one he's lying to you

wellllllll take a drive up there with a jimmy stick and a few friends and talk nicely to him, not threatining but if he doesnt pay up with the money or goods well....

wouldn't have brought off him, check out his feedback. At least it wasn't a huge amount of money. Just report it to ebay, its a criminal offence to do what he's done so i guess they can get police involved, i'm not 100% sure though. hope things turn out ok

have sent a dispute thingy, has 10 days to reply to it 
Oh well, as you say wasnt a large amount of money, i think i'll look at buying a stereo from somewhere more reliable like caraudiodirect.
