I ordered an "official" nokia replacement housing for an 8850 from an ebay seller.

When it arrived yesterday i fitted it and to cut alont story dhort, its a fake. and total bollox finish and fit. So altho its got the words nokia on it, its obviuosly not a real one as next to the original housing its not even the same shade, and the back fits poorly.

Where do i stand? Im a bit new to ebay? do i have any rights?

In my experience you're basically fugged. You can leave negative feedback but Ebay are about as useful as a chocolate toaster when it comes to customer support.

Best thing you can do is send the seller an email explaining that the product doesn't fit as it should. Keep things polite and see if he'll refund you. If not then post his ID on here so we can all spam the little c_unt
