370 bhp with a custom turbo that spools at 2300 rpm and hits max torque at 3600 rpm (soooooooo fast)

12.2 sec 1/4 mile on road tyres

is it still a 1.4 8v block?
looks like it under all those wires!!

370bhp... out of a 1400 8v.... must have one mahooosive laggy turbo on there

he's done 4000 miles or so with no probs so far, but when it was yellow and featured in max poo about a yr and a half ago, it used to go bang every other day.

it's not really, there's not a lot more that can be done to it for it to stay reliable. sounds like no other 5 as well, i have vids on my phone, it frightens me!!

He helps everyone else do their cars (including both of mine) just glad it is done!

im still interested as to what engine it runs... a 1.4 8v at those powers cant be safe... and cant flow enough air surely??

you will struggle to get a reliable 200bhp though, thats why im interested as to what block this one uses...

Oh aye, it does look a good size...........just not as big as I thought would be used, to try and cool probably 2 bar plus of boost!

hwe runs 22 psi most of the time but the turbo will handle 38 psi, not sure the bottom end will tho
