Does anyone know or have a clue where i can get a smashed GSI car (preferably back end) for cheap? im wanting to do an engine transplant.......

any ideas guys?

unlikely to find one with a working engine cause most people in that situation would take the engine out and sell it seperately

Keep a look out on mig, the engines themselves aren't that hard to find!! Alternativly (sp) just but my car in a couple of months when she will be up for sale

how much you asking for the engines or cars???

i have a 1.2 at the mo, and it has a full body kit with 17's on, so next step is the engine transfer.......how many miles you dont on these engines??

also, where do i look to buy just the engines itself? cant find anywhere that just sells engines alone......

How much you after spending?
as i am after a GSi shell?
we could put cash together i have the shell and u have the engine?
they go for about £700-£800 full car

no more than about £200-£300 for just the engine.....i would like to have the brakes too.......are you wanting those??

sounds like a good idea, but i aint wanting it till about july/august time. that too long away?? or just right?
