Dont have an account on parkers so cant get a valuation.

One of my gym buddies is selling his Golf, he has always used it as a 2nd car when he had his 300zx. Its a 93k 2.0 8V in very good condition, has only done 79k. IT doesnt have any tax or MOT as its been on his drive the last few months.

He wants £1250 for it, what is it worth? i am suspecting that price is bargain?

A GSi has about 100lb/ft so not much difference and the GSi is much lighter.

well im not getting into an argument

my golf left a corsa gsi from takeoff to about 50mtrs infront by the time id hit 70

my golf feels a damn sight faster and a hell of a lot more torquey

saying that though mines a mk3 engine in a mk2

so from one race you have made the conclusion that car A (Golf GTi) is a lot more torquey and faster than Car B (Corsa GSi).
