gone are the days of bargains, i consitently see products being sold for more than what they cost new from a reputable shop! especially see used things approaching 90% of new value.

Been watching a few impreza parts, an apexi ECU went for £600 used, they can be supplied and mapped for £700

watching some exhaust headers at the moment, £289 new from reputable company. an individual has a pair that are currently bid at £335

I think people have this fetish that they HAVE to win the auction, probably set their max bid get outbid so the raise it and so on and so on, before you know it you`ve paid well over the odds.

Yup great if your selling these days - I sold a 2 yr old Magnex Exhaust for £300 a while back - £340 new

Only got £50 for HKS ind kit tho - cost £200 now

If you want something there seems to be a hell of alot more of the same product whereas 3 years ago they'd be 2 or 3 and they'd go cheap!

I got a EDS power pipe and baileys dump valve for my Zafira Gsi for £104 only a few months old, retail they would have cost over £300 for both.
