I haven;t really noticed a difference but i have been on a balanced diet so if i wasnt maybe i would have notied more of a change

I tried this, not too sure if it worked

I still felt tired but went out nearly every night then didnt get outta bed for 2 days

Think its meant to be party of a healthy balanced diet and exercise

No i havent seen the advert but i drink more than 2 litres of water a day
just havent had 8 hours sleep for ages, other than days off when i sleep all nigt,just not recently

i have and i get a load of problems with my stomach... and tbh it dont feel as bad as it usually does, but im goin to the toilet more than once a week though
