How much would you say it would be to spray a front bumper (rieger gtc) at a body shop.

Just a rough idea.

I've just rang up for a quote and it seems fOOking steap!!!

you get what you pay for mate,
400 quid (colour coding)would prob be getting it done properly, all bits being taken off and done so that the paint goes round the edges so it wont peel off,
cheap jobs usually just mean bits get sprayed on car and preperation isnt as good as it should be.
just dont go for the cheapest mate,
where our garage is theres a boy 5 miles away that does jobs at half the price we do them, but 8 out of 10 of the people that say he's cheaper and go to him are usually back to us to get it done right.

what should i say when asking for a quote?

at the moment im saying "can i have a rough price for a front bumper sprayed in standard colour"

maybe i should try "fancy earning 50 quid mate?"
