Sure it was my old one being towed through kidlington in oxford-- looked like it had been rolled

Is there any way i can check if it has been written off--- cant find contact details for the person who bought it..

You could also use the DVLA tax web thing to look up if the vehicle has a tax liability, if it doesn't and its not SORN then its been scrapped.

no i dont know what reg it went back to--- Dont really want to phone the owner in case they have been badly hurt-- looked a real bad smash from the damage.

My mum knows the mother of the buyer so i will get her to find out later.

Might not have been my car but it looked well similar- same wheels/ colour debadged ect

Have you got the web address for that? I've had a quick look on the DVLA site but can't seem to find it
