I am unable to send email messages, it keeps saying to check my internet connection and try again ...
I try again and i get the same message 
Some days its lets me send them, some days it doesnt!!!

If your using POP then it might be a misconfig or a problem with their servers. Have a little chat with support and see what they tell you.
