nurofen is almost impossable to OD on where as paracetomol no take no more than 9 grams a day at the max which is 18 tablets.

In order to get a good base of pain killers take paracetomol every 4 hours or what ever it says on the packet.

Yes you can mix the two, as ibruprofen is an inflamitry and not a painkiller.

Depends, some painkillers target cetain things, if its muscle damage anti inflamitry such a ibruprofen may target it better,

Though paracetomol is a great base pain killer though watch the amount you take as it is one of the most dangerous drugs you can buy over the counter.

If it continues and it is musculer pain go to see your doctor, they will likey right you up with volterol which is a strong anti inflamitry.

And can cause liver failure requiring a liver transtant, as paracetomol mess's up the ions in the liver, no sysptoms for a couple of days then complete liver fauilire, very painfull detah.
