I assume that you're familiar with that schools grade profiles on intake...?
By definition there is inequity in education as the people who don't make it need the most help.
I've seen people who come in, get on with things, pass and do well. Unfortunately that isn't everyone. Unless you would prefer a country of uneducated fools then efforts need to be made where appropriate.

yes , but what about how it is currently ? 4 sets (usually) and the class gets sorted by exam results , homework results ect ect ect ?
