Can be tough. I went out with a girl from work ages ago at my first job and when I got promoted to supervisor I had to be her boss. I left that job soon after!

Been pals with a guy for years in here hes tried hard to get me and we have been out a couple of times and got on really well I'm just being quite cautious.

We are keeping it quiet cos there is nothing worse than gossips in an office.

Keeping it quiet is the worst thing to do, eventually people guess or find out & will talk about it for weeks behind your back til its confirmed.
Get it out in the open, let them gossip for a few days til they get bored & move onto something else to talk about.
