i like listening to songs by really fit looking people when im at the gym, i think it inspires me destinys child is a favourite, but i dont think u want to end up looking like beyonce, so think of songs by very fit men instead

its in a studio full of mirrors, its me and a mate, he is teaching me how to kickbox while fitness training on the bag etc. So no gym plebs knocking about pretending to work out.
