just taken the car tp perrys at parkgate, rotherham and was quoted £150(inc VAT)for my cars first service
the car is 1 year old (in 2days/9th march) and has done a tad over 7200 miles
because my rents have vauxhall cards ill get 10% off the cost

just rang hartwells at sheffield and they quoted me £129

my dads gonna ring round for me today and put up a fuss

he told me hes been in to perrys before in a sui and was treated like royality, and has been in in scruffy jeans and was ignored and treated like dirt

what ahve others paid for their first service on their cars?

mines a vauxhall corsa c 1.2 16v sxi

thanks in advance

just got off phone to perrys again, appartently the service at hartwells doesn't include cleaning the injectors and an emissions test

so we're keeping the cost of this service at £135(after the 10% discount)

this servcie includes oil change, cheacking the brakes, new filter, cleaning the injectors, emisssons test and a check of all the saftey features

still interested to know what others have paid tho

thinking on ur absolutly right it is

was just my assumtion that that was the reasoning behind the clutch pedal feeling a lot lighter

the cause of this now is a mystery, unless someone knows what may have been done?
