Buy a jar of Jalapeños, can never have enough. Cheesy nachos with Jalapeños are good, and Fajitas, enchiliadas etc. Get a bottle of tequila too (José Cuervo, none of the cheap shit )

The Jalapeños i buy are pretty spicy, but you can just about eat them on their own. So nice with food, i get through about a jar a week, although admittedly pick at them when im stoned

Quesadillas.

Get two flour tortilla, oiled and under a hot grill for a few seconds.

Put one oil side down.

Add some filling - cheese, etc.

Put the other tortilla on, oil side up.

Whack it under the grill again for a few seconds for the layers to melt.
