Ai i know Houckham does he has been helping me.

As some of you know i do CCTV soultion, but i sent out 200+ letters the other day to all the clubs in major cities and have had 12 replys so fair fro my free assmessment to take over the secuirity of the club. just wondered if anyone had ideas on how to be different from other secuirity firms.

they wont go for it to be honest.
,ost towns use big companys and they are trusted.

Very dodgey market to get in to.

jodi, its a very dodgy business to get into mate and like TNM said, most big clubs/bars either out source to an already big security company or they have their own staff.

However, if you think theres money in it then go for it lad Although how many pies do you want fingers in?

If you've got CCTV - like in Reading, you can give em radio's and if people are seen being drunk and disorderly, fighting etc (on CCTV) then you can tell the bouncers not to let em in.

Just an extension of my secuirty services really,
Yeah they is money in it,
As for getting contracts i already have 12 company to see next week and the week after.

as i am offering to
1. save them money,

2.keep inline with upand coming future government regulations,

3.peace of mind - trained security.

If you're looking to take peoples doors i hope you have good backing otherwise you'll probably end up with no knee-caps. Sounds extreme but it does happen. You may be able to offer cheaper services but if you've got no backing then you wont get very far im affraid.
By backing i dont mean a few hard mates or a few big hairy doormen - it's a serious game when you start stepping on toes, losing people their jobs etc.
