says it may not work outside these temps 15c and 25c

im pretty sure its below 15c today and theres no heating where the phone is stored when im in work and it gets pretty cold,

It could be because my mate has a 3310 as a cover phone and it turns off etc when it gets cold

Yes, be very carefull.

If you heat the phone up quickly i.e in your pocket, it will get condensation on this inside, which is ok so long as you dont turn it on as it will most probably die, and water damage is not covered by warrenty.

looks like ive gotta carry it on me then
5140 sposed to be shock proof splash proof "for the outdoors" a solid phone

but you cant get it cold

i was reading the book warrenty bit
and if you take it out of the box and use it the warrenty is void

small list
do not
get it wet
get it dusty
dirty
get it hot
get it cold
drop knock or shake it
dont clean it
paint it

thats pretty much it

so gonna have to keep it on me or itll fuk up

no itl be ok so long as you dry it out.

Sometimes batteries cannot work in cold temps. Just warm battery up and put it back in.
