Well as some of you know i was smoothing my boot, well thats finished now. i did purchase a euro combat bumper and got it painted b4 trying 2 fit the thing, stupid yes i know but ive learnt from my misstakes now, so i decided with abit of help from beardy to smooth my arches into the bumper as you can see in the pics below, just wanna say a thanks to beardy for leading and helping me in the rite direction, he did most work on my boot and ive finished it off and will do with the sides should be all nice when done properly.

If I'm honest they both need a bit more work.
Spend some time now, you'll thank yourself when there's a top coat on there.

arches need work, boot looks pretty good, but there does look to be a bit where the boot lock was, it you look at the pics you can see the line of the number plate recess isnt quite right!
Good jsut not perfect!

Yeah, the middle is a bit 'soft'.
You may need to get some filler on there fairly thick and take it back with a course block, 80ish just to shape it. It'll ruin what you've done so far but you need to sharpen up the horizontal line.

To be honest I don't understand why people would even attempt to do this themselves with no previous experience in bodyshop work.
It will only end in tears.
