are you on a probationary period?? you should of had some sort of contract and it will be stated on that how long you have to give

at my work until you have been there 6 months (thats the prob period) you have to give a week

there is no law its all about whats written in the contract and if u havnt had one or signed one then i should imagine you can do what you like

same goes for what you write in the letter, tell the truth and give the date u intend to leave and sign it thats all they need to know

quite a few reasons

bloke i work for is a bit of a wanker, who will slag you off i feel behind you back

bloke who trained me is shite, doesnt show me anything, then when i do it wrong moans like fuck to the other one

shite set up of the department in genral, no one listens to the ideas i have, so have to prove them to other ppl who then mention them to my boss, then we all agree it was a good idea

understaffed as it is for the amount of work the department do

50% of the staff haevnt made the effort to sat hi, and i dont know who the fuck they are

50% of the staff are stuck up there own rectum

why oh why did i leave vw

I'd read your contract again incase you overlooked something, some companies have a clause where if you quit before your probationary time is up, they only have to pay you half of what you worked.

Best thing to do is have a general convo with a fellow worker, and joke about quitting, and then take it from there, see what get's said, don't ask questions or people will wonder why you asked, then proceed to grass you up or whatever. Just slip it in amusingly

Just write a formal letter saying you've enjoyed your time at Porshe but you feel the carrer prospects are somewhat bleak. Then say as a good will gesture you'll wok what ever notice they require within reason?
