At about 45 Mph, No time to brake. On a Country Lane at 4am. Mondeo didn't take it to well:



Going through the insurance. Claiming for a dent in the door (Where the deer somehow propelled itself and slammed itself into the passenger door ), A Crease and Paint Fracture in the Bonnet And the obvious visual damage. Insurance bloke told him it's the Mating Season . My Car's going tomorrow on the same journey

This is my dad's second in this car. The first time it just smashed the front indicator. Oh and one in his Post Van. It came up and on the bonnet, slobbered on the windscreen and left again .

Reckon it's a write off? Bearing in mind the other panels that are damaged? We was wondering. It's going to a ford dealership to be repaired and a N Reg Mondeo with nearly 100k on the clock can't be worth that much?

fords depreciate faster than Four door Ferrari's (and i swear they depreciate quick as fuck!!)

My dads 51Plate Mondeo 1.8 LX in Near immaculate condition bar on Scratch is now only worth £5800 after we paid £11k for it 2 and a half years ago

I would say that will be written off
