Right my mate was tightening up one of the timing belt roller bolts, and he overtightened it and it has snapped in the head.
Tried grinding a slit on to the bolt, did not work, tried using stud extractor but the tip of one broke and is now stuck aswell. But because of the difference in the metal, drilling doesn't have an affect as the drill just breaks when it hits the tip of the stud extractor
Anyone got any suggestions on how to get it out?

The head is off the bolt. Gonna get a diamond tipped drill bit on it tomorrow to sort it out!
