Opinions....

Got to seriously consider my car options, I need a very near to standard car for work so the corsa has to go (and will be up for sale shortly) and quite like the pugs

Guy at work has a white one, R plate, standard exept some subtle 15's for sale?

Nice but not very comfortable for an everyday car, they are very raw.

They look the same mate- same body etc. Only difference is the interior
Buy a white Gti

They are 1.6 8v yes, approx 100bhp. 0-60 in the low 8's, 120ish mph I would imagine.

Can pick a Gti up for the same sort of price too, they start at under 3k now!

I also prefer the Rallye to the GTi. They just look more special to me.

They look incredibly simpler, but there's something about a white Rallye. Mmmm.

Same kit, body.
Different wheels and some dodgy stickers are the difference

wtf???
they look exactly the same. Buy a 106 Gti and remove the spots, add stickers and white rims and hey presto.
You can always strip it too if you want the rally slag feel

Yes the gti is faster
You would be mad to buy a Rallye over a Gti unless insurance was an issue.
