i am 12% way thro the game, and there are no races on the map, only the carlot, garage, performace shop and bodyshop

Mod you car to gain a better rating. More things will open up for you then.

You have to make your car look more chav to progress

i just wanna keep it standered but wiv engine mods

there are secret races, listen to when you get a fone call saying like "yo man i heard there some action going on at "location" hope to see you there" and there should be secret races, but also there are hiden secret shops you have to find.

use your gps system to take you to the rough location? and then just drive around

Press start & chhose the option for "jump to garage"

Then once your in their go onto the world map thing. There will be lists of all the races you haven't done so far

Oh & chav your car up & race all the other chav'd up cars you see
