got everything all wired up etc, nut it wont start and need to know if the M reg corsas had the chips or not?

it will be in the key. you'll need the transponder and chip and then have fun wiring

put if i connect another 1.4 ecu it just stay on when i go to start it ?

you need the chip in the key from the car that the engine came out of
