couple of weeks ago bought a set of exhaust headers or ebay, from a guy who has 73 positive feedback. Paid for the item via paypal. Few days later nothing turned up. emailed the guy he said that he had sent it via parcel force. No missed delivery card or anything at my home. Tried to get a tracking number off him, he said he had one and would mail it, chased him and then he said he could not find it. Anyway 2 weeks later emailed him yesterday and he just mailed me back saying to ring him because parceforce say it has been delivered and signed for!

WTF do i do? help?

Just did, getting voice mail.

guess point of my questions is what legal rights do i have? If he washed his hands of it and says well "its been delivered and signed for" what do i do?

just try and sort it out because if he has 73 positive feedback he's not going to start scamming now is he

@ try and sort it, being trying for 2 weeks.

Guess the problem now lays with parcel force and not the seller. Going to go down to the depot, probably wont get very far without a delivery card or consignement number. Just wonder where i stand if they have lost it of one of their staff has taxed it.

Call parcel force, and ask if they have made a delivery to you, or for you to someone else (maybe someone in street took it and they never left a card)
If they have, then ask for the name of the person who signed for it

How much were they SetH??? Parcel force give £150 compo as standard if its lost then its up to him to chase that up!!!
