I never properly looked at your skirts, but do they cover the sill??
if you feel under the car, there is like a small dimple in the sills where the jack lines up with & sits in for a more secure fitment...
If you can't get to it, then a trolley-jack under the wishbone where its attached to the car or if it will reach, the gearbox engine mount, will suffice to jack the car up enough to get the wheels onto some ramps...
I'd do the change with it on ramps to be fair, its how I always do it!
