Do you need special discs,pads and lines to use this calipers?
or could you use standard 2litre discs?

i have Alcons at the moment, which are good under braking, they do need a little service on them mind but i was thinking of uprating the calipers and pads or for time being just change the pads

They're perfect for daily driving. No good for track use.

you have alcon 4pots? stick with them imo.

I have Brembo 4pots, designed for a Lancia Delta Evo.

LOL, alcons are the best braking setup by far around if you can get them for your car!
I chose reyland setup over the wilwoods were very expensive for the same disc spec etc, same with hi specs

I would like to add, after 7 1/2 months of brake judder, very harsh brake judder at that, turns out the discs were warped, so now theyre all fine and dandy again, and very impressive

the alcons come standard on the racing, it might just be the pads are naff on them....think i will invest in some greenstuff in the week

I'm running wilwood dynalite2's on 247mm discs on Ferrodo DS2000 compound pads.
Pads are good, but take a bit to warm up properly, not so good for town, but good for track and fast road.
Soon to be upgrading to 280mm discs.

this was one of the pros and cons with the racing's (warped discs) i guess if your not heavy on the brakes in general driving then they will be OK

adam are they 300mm disks? are the wheels 15's or 16's?

15" wheels, with 300mm discs...

tight as a nuns chuff could be used to describe it

wheels have good caliper clearance though which helps
